Our old friends at the Blue Ridge Environmental Defense League have announced their opposition to Duke Power's intention to build a new nuclear power plant. But folks in North Carolina ought to watch out, because as we discovered in Virginia in 2005, BREDL has a history of playing fast and loose with the facts.
