We should be able to make a decision on a nuclear power station by 2008 and it would then be finished in 2015.And This is a great place for a shameless plug for the International Youth Nuclear Congress 2006. The fourth biennial Congress will begin in Stockholm, Sweden on June 18, 2006 and later in the week there will be a boat trip to Finland to see the under-construction Olkiluoto-3.
