Virginia's Matt Schor has a message for the supporters of the Kyoto Protocol:
I'd support an international treaty for greenhouse emission reduction if it called for a meaningful reduction (e.g. 90%) and the means for achieving this, nuclear power, were explicitly agreed upon. To call for reductions without agreeing on a path to get there is just whistling in the wind.Technorati tags: Nuclear Energy, Nuclear Power, Environment, Energy, Politics, Electricity, GHG
