I suppose it's good news on the one hand as power shortages aren't good for productivity in Cape Town. Then again, if you have TWO nuclear reactors and BOTH aren't working, well there you go again...Cape Town without power. Perhaps they should try and maintain the one they have. I say they, I meant us, as I am a South African :-)
