And here I thought it was some sort of outsourcing of nuclear electricity production to Mexico. Thanks for the clarification.
The journal article says Mr Tucker has written a book on the nuclear revival....anyone know title or publication date ?
The book is entitled "Terrestrial Energy: Why Nuclear is Green and Can Rescue the Planet." It will be published in August 2008 by Bartleby Press.
