Spencer has a very active imagination, I'll give him that. Nuclear waste is reprocessed everywhere in the world except the US? Please. That's not even close to true.
Well, anonymous, you would know an active imagination, wouldn't you?
Can you please show us where Spencer says that nuclear fuel is recycled "everywhere" except the US?
